We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Candidate to join our Support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a US client base, providing the first line of support to end-customers for both non-technical and technical issues.

Position Overview:
This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively in high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-7 years of professional experience in the field.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism
Job role:
- Respond to product and service inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making
- Assist in customer onboarding and maintain accurate records
- Manage and organize internal documents and support databases
- Ensure prompt follow-ups and resolution of all customer requests
- Provide support to management and contribute to team operations
Requirements:
- 6โ7 years of experience in a customer support or call center role
- Previous experience in a call center or tech support environment
- Experience working with a U.S. client base is a strong advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

๐ธ Must be willing to work in U.S. time zone hours (night shift in Sri Lanka)
๐Transport will be provided for employees working the night shift. (After 6 pm)
