We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Candidate to join our Support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a US client base, providing the first line of support to end-customers for both non-technical and technical issues.

Position Overview:

This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively in high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-7 years of professional experience in the field.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism

Job role:

• Respond to product and service inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making
• Assist in customer onboarding and maintain accurate records
• Manage and organize internal documents and support databases
• Ensure prompt follow-ups and resolution of all customer requests
• Provide support to management and contribute to team operations

Requirements:

• 6–7 years of experience in a customer support or call center role
• Previous experience in a call center or tech support environment
• Experience working with a U.S. client base is a strong advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

🕐 Working Hours:

🔸 Must be available to work six days a week

🔸 Must be willing to work in U.S. time zone hours (night shift in Sri Lanka)
