Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage resources, risks, and project changes efficiently.

Meetings & Flexibility:

• Be available to participate in meetings across multiple time zones when needed.

Problem Solving & Innovation:

• Proactively resolve issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement creative solutions.

Skills Required:

• Languages: Fluent in German and English (both verbal and written).
• Independence: Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
• Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• Decision-Making: Sharp problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Clickup, Asana, or Slack is a plus.
• Dual Role Experience: Prior experience in managing dual roles is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a relevant field.
• Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work across international time zones.
