Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative and data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our digital commerce operations across major marketplace platforms in Indonesia. This strategic role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in performance marketing, affiliate program development, and end-to-end campaign management. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli, and is capable of delivering aggressive transaction growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies encompassing promotions, SKU optimization, affiliate marketing, live streaming, and performance advertising.

  • Design, launch, and manage high-performing affiliate programs with large-scale reach (10,000+ members) across key marketplaces.

  • Oversee budget planning and execution for marketplace campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and high ROI.

  • Lead daily e-commerce operations including product listings, dynamic pricing, promotional activities, and platform-specific advertising.

  • Collaborate with leading e-commerce platforms and telemedicine partners to negotiate visibility, exclusive promotions, and growth partnerships.

  • Forecast sales demand accurately in coordination with the PPIC team to ensure stock readiness for online campaigns.

  • Analyze platform data and campaign performance, generating insights to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and order volumes.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations, and finance) to align e-commerce initiatives with broader brand and business objectives.

  • Drive innovation in campaign development, leveraging trends and consumer behavior to optimize engagement and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving large-scale transaction milestones (e.g., 200,000+ orders on Shopee and TikTok).

  • Strong expertise in platform advertising and campaign performance analysis across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli.

  • Hands-on experience managing sizable affiliate programs and promotional budgets.

  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
