Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Teaching Manager to lead and support our academic team in delivering high-quality educational outcomes. This role is pivotal in enhancing teacher performance, maintaining instructional standards, and ensuring smooth coordination of academic responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a passion for education, and a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the professional development of teachers by offering guidance, mentoring, and ongoing performance evaluation.

• Communicate expectations and responsibilities clearly to ensure smooth academic operations and minimize miscommunication.

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of required academic reports and administrative documentation.

• Motivate and support the teaching team to foster a positive and productive working environment.

• Collaborate with the Center Director to manage teacher recruitment, retention, and resource planning to maintain a healthy supply-demand balance.

• Support curriculum implementation and ensure academic standards are upheld across all classes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in English or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong command of English; TOEFL iBT or IELTS certification is a plus.

• Demonstrated passion for teacher development and academic excellence.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Willing to commit to a minimum one-year contract and relocate to Palu City if not already based there.
