Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Teaching Manager to lead and support our academic team in delivering high-quality educational outcomes. This role is pivotal in enhancing teacher performance, maintaining instructional standards, and ensuring smooth coordination of academic responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a passion for education, and a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the professional development of teachers by offering guidance, mentoring, and ongoing performance evaluation.
Communicate expectations and responsibilities clearly to ensure smooth academic operations and minimize miscommunication.
Monitor and ensure timely completion of required academic reports and administrative documentation.
Motivate and support the teaching team to foster a positive and productive working environment.
Collaborate with the Center Director to manage teacher recruitment, retention, and resource planning to maintain a healthy supply-demand balance.
Support curriculum implementation and ensure academic standards are upheld across all classes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in English or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong command of English; TOEFL iBT or IELTS certification is a plus.
Demonstrated passion for teacher development and academic excellence.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Willing to commit to a minimum one-year contract and relocate to Palu City if not already based there.
