Your “Mission”, should you choose to accept it would be:
- lead (from the front) the RCM operations of assigned client groupsIndependently
- Design and implement optimal RCM processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Train Team Leads/ATLs/other team members on RCM leadership and coach them
- Be accountable for Key Performance Indicators related to RCM service delivery of your purview
- · Abide by all compliance and regulatory (such as HIPAA, OIG, SOC2, ISO) requirements
- · Uphold the company’s values and be an ambassador who enriches the culture
Ideal Profile:
- 4+ years of total RCM experience of which at least 2 years is at an Assistant Manager/Manager or above capacity
- (Account Management, Collections & Denial Management, Posting, Billing, Credentialing/Enrollments), analytics, and process automationFluent in the full RCM spectrum
- Proven track record of successfully leading multi-client & multi-specialty purviews
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a true passion for innovation and technology
- environment Ability to work and lead in a fast growing and challenging
- Hands-On exposure to sales (completing RFPs, Opportunity Assessments, sales material etc.) would be an added advantage
- Ability to work during the US business hours (7.30 PM to 4.30 AM Sri Lankan time, Monday to Friday) is a must
