Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company’s BPO Finance Services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at organizations.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct presentations and product demos to showcase finance-related services.
- Understand client needs and customize proposals accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to grow company’s client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to handover.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements:
- 5–7 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in BPO finance-related services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finance & accounting operations and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
