Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote company’s BPO Finance Services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at organizations.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct presentations and product demos to showcase finance-related services.
  • Understand client needs and customize proposals accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to grow company’s client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to handover.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in BPO finance-related services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of finance & accounting operations and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
