- Design and implement marketing strategies for developing Delta Electronics products in the local market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate strategies to achieve sales targets, especially for automation, power management, and industrial drive solutions.
- Analyze product pricing, negotiate with principals and customers, and establish competitive selling prices.
- Maintain and strengthen the brand equity across all marketing and sales channels.
- Conduct performance analysis and develop strategies to improve product sales results.
- Oversee the launching process of new products and improvement of existing products, such as inverters (VFDs), servo drives, and power supplies.
- Propose new product ideas or variations based on market needs in automation, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper planning of product supply.
- Conduct market surveys and analyze industrial needs in potential areas.
- Build promotional collaborations with external partners and support customer engagement and education efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or project management, preferably handling electrical or automation systems.
- Proven ability to work closely with principals (such as Delta Electronics) and cross-functional sales teams.
- Familiar with OEM/EPC customers and industrial markets such as automation, manufacturing, or building infrastructure.
- Experienced in managing products like VFDs, power supplies, or industrial automation systems.
- Strong skills in marketing strategy execution and product training for internal teams and clients.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
