The Role: Quality Assurance Specialist

At Zyner, quality isn’t just a checkbox—it’s our promise. We’re looking for someone who is detail-obsessed, process-driven, and passionate about making sure every design meets our highest standards before it’s delivered to the client.

You’ll work closely with project managers, designers, and leadership to review design output, flag issues, and help refine our internal QA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review all design tasks for accuracy, consistency, and quality before delivery
• Ensure alignment with client briefs, brand guidelines, and ICP expectations
• Audit UI/UX designs for spacing, layout, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy
• Spot unclear copy, broken components, and missing assets
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure feedback is properly resolved
• Help build and refine Zyner’s internal quality checklists and SOPs
• Join design reviews and feedback loops to ensure consistency across projects

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic design knowledge (Figma and UX principles are essential)
• Understanding of QA processes in a creative or digital product environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Experience working in or with a design agency is a plus
