Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition to join our HR team. The Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with people, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, X), career fairs, and networking events.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring alignment with company branding and role requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs, develop job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Thai language proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment best practices in Thailand.
  • Proactive, empathetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
