We’re a fast-growing content and social media agency that helps personal brands dominate social platforms. Our mission is to help founders, creators, and professionals hit 100,000+ views in 30 days through high-impact content strategies. Now, we’re looking for a Product Owner to join our team and lead the growth of these digital brands.

Role Summary

As a Product Owner, you'll be the main point of contact and strategist for a portfolio of personal brand clients. You’ll lead projects from brand positioning to content ideation, oversee the production pipeline, and ensure our clients’ social media growth is on track. This isn’t just a project manager role — we need someone who can strategically think, creatively contribute, and own the outcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Implementation Build and implement personal brand strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audience. Translate brand strategy into actionable content themes, styles, and voice across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Content Ideation & Review Come up with creative content ideas based on trends, audience insights, and brand positioning. Work with editors, designers, and copywriters to bring ideas to life. Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with client goals and visual standards.
  • Team & Project Management Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are high-quality. Use tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp to manage tasks and track progress. Facilitate internal check-ins and client syncs to keep everyone aligned.
  • Platform Monitoring & Optimization Analyze performance on platforms and iterate content strategies accordingly. Test new formats, hooks, and topics — learn what works and scale what wins.
  • Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Manage feedback loops, communicate wins and progress, and educate clients where needed.

You are required to have:

  • A good grasp of how social media algorithms work (especially short-form content platforms).
  • A strategic mind with the ability to think from the audience’s perspective.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing creative projects.
  • A creative eye — you can spot what makes a thumbnail pop or why a video didn’t hook.
  • The willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of results.

Bonus:

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc. is a plus).
  • Experience managing personal brands or creators.
  • Content creation or marketing experience.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-facing mindset.
