Role Overview
The Partner Development Manager will spearhead the growth and success of the cloud ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-value cloud partners across consulting, solutions, services, and sales domains. This strategic role combines business development, partner enablement, and market execution to accelerate the company’s cloud growth in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud technologies, proven experience in ecosystem management, and a strong network within the ICT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Ecosystem Strategy & Development
- Identify and engage high-potential cloud partners across consulting, services, and technology sectors.
- Develop strategic frameworks to support partner onboarding, expansion, and solution co-creation.
- Continuously analyze market dynamics and partner capabilities to optimize ecosystem value.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to design vertical-specific solutions and programs.
Partner Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with key partners to drive long-term collaboration and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and deliver actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Enablement & Training
- Design and execute training programs and certifications to improve partner capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure partners are well-equipped for success.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead joint GTM initiatives and co-selling engagements with strategic partners.
- Support partners in launching new offerings and solutions in the local cloud marketplace.
- Drive brand presence and market penetration through collaborative campaigns and solution showcases.
Operational Excellence & Customer Success
- Improve partner-related digital operations and ecosystem productivity.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by aligning partner solutions to business needs and service excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in business development, with proven success in the cloud domain.
- Industry: ICT industry, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture, services, and partner ecosystems.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Technical & Commercial Skills: Deep knowledge of cloud products (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and ecosystem frameworks. Strong partner network in ICT and cloud segments. Skilled in strategic analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Project management and presentation skills.
