Job Role:
The Cloud Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the adoption and integration of the solutions within Indonesia’s carrier and mid-sized enterprise sectors. This position serves as a key technical and commercial bridge between Huawei’s product teams and enterprise customers, ensuring that cloud offerings align with customer IT architectures and business needs.
With deep knowledge of ICT systems and cloud transformation strategies, the Cloud Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end solution delivery—from demand analysis and architecture design to solution presentation and professional service support. A strong understanding of cloud technologies, market trends (including AI and IoT), and competitor offerings (e.g., AWS, Azure) is essential. This role also involves project leadership, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle support, directly contributing to the success of the cloud business in the carrier domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Solution Design & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end development of cloud solutions tailored to carrier and mid-sized enterprise customers—covering demand analysis, architecture design, technical presentation, and service delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with key clients to ensure successful cloud adoption and satisfaction. Monitor competitor offerings (e.g., AWS, Azure) to refine Huawei’s positioning and value proposition.
- Project Enablement: Support solution sales by driving lead generation, opportunity conversion, and project execution. Ensure commercial viability and profitability through effective pricing and strategy.
- Ecosystem & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with customer teams and ecosystem partners, leveraging industry knowledge to co-create impactful cloud solutions and strengthen Huawei’s local presence.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: at least Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.
- Years of Experience: at least 5 years of experience in Product Sales or Pre Sales, with hands-on expertise on Solution Management and Direct Sales.
- Industry Expertise: ICT industry, with solid understanding of cloud products/services/solutions, including strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems and related market dynamics, and have certain influence in the industry.
- Language: English (professional fluency in spoken and written).
- Technical Expertise:
Project operation capability: Be able to promote lead generation in projects, effectively convert leads into opportunities, develop solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success.
Transaction management capability: Be able to develop effective commercial strategies, manage prices, and achieve project profit targets
- Technical Skills:
Familiar with cloud and carrier network architectures
Basic communication knowledge like TCP/IP protocol, network organization, topology, or 2G/3G/LTE technology
Familiar with the customer network composition and status quo in the financial industry and advantages and disadvantages of mainstream vendors
- Professional Qualities: excellent presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
