Responsibilities:

1. Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch.

2. Achieve monthly and yearly sales volume.

3. Maintain the productivity of the sales team member.

4. Responsible for account receivable (AR).

5. Identify sales opportunities (channel & product expansion).

6. Propose budget expenses and control the effectiveness.

7. Maintain knowledge on all products.

8. Maintain a good relationship with all customers.

9. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong communication and team management skills.

3. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

4. Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure.

5. Good at Ms Office, especially Excel for data analysis.

6. Good in English, both oral and written.
