Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Partner with executive leadership, marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to align business and product objectives.
- Lead portfolio prioritization, ensuring high-impact projects are resourced and executed effectively.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers across multiple categories or lines of business.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and innovation within the product organization.
- Establish clear goals, KPIs, and career development plans for the product team.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and concept development to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Guide product managers in defining business requirements, market positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in Product Profit & Loss (P&L) management across the product portfolio.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product direction.
- Drive continuous improvement in product performance, channel development strategy, and portfolio mix.
- Work closely with finance to optimize sales budgets, marketing spend, and inventory planning to maximize ROI.
- Act as the central link between product, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
- Support strategic sales engagements, key partner relationships, and executive presentations.
- Champion the voice of the customer across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a strong plus.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading product teams in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering product strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Strong business acumen with experience in managing product P&L, sales forecasting, and budget planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- High adaptability, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
