We're Hiring: Marketing Executive

Are you a creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for content, campaigns, and conversions? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence and drive brand growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging reels, posts, ads, and blog articles aligned with brand objectives
• Maintain and execute a content calendar for brands
• Follow Trello workflows for product launches and price changes
• Grow reach, engagement, and followers using trending and brand-relevant content

Performance Marketing (Ads)

• Create, run, and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to meet monthly revenue targets
• Monitor ad KPIs like CPC, CPA, ROAS and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI
• Develop audience retargeting strategies and work to lower customer acquisition costs
• Conduct audience research and create buyer personas
• Generate weekly/monthly ad performance reports with insights and improvements
• Create and manage product catalogs for ad purposes

Sales Campaign Planning

• Plan and launch monthly sales campaigns, including seasonal and holiday-based campaigns

Website & Community

• Update homepage banners and carousels monthly based on trends
• Optimize website traffic and conversions using analytical tools
• Conduct community-building activities to boost engagement and followers

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role
• Strong skills in content creation (Canva, CapCut, Meta Ad Manager, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and basic SEO
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for brand building and data-led decision-making
