Showroom Personnel – Giggles & Protecto

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable Showroom Personnel to represent our two key retail brands – Giggles (baby care) and Protecto (safety gear) – at our showroom. If you enjoy helping customers, maintaining showroom displays, and being part of a team, this is the perfect opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve showroom sales targets
• Upsell & cross-sell to increase ATV & UPT
• Convert walk-ins; track walk-outs with reasons
• Welcome customers and offer friendly, helpful service
• Handle phone and online inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Collect customer reviews; promote IG Club & WhatsApp group
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and display setup
• Uber and Pickme order handling
• Build product knowledge to guide customer decisions
• Share customer feedback and sales insights with marketing and supervisors
• Assist in stock arrangement & inventory checking
• Assist marketing team with shoots and initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
• Good communication skills and a pleasant attitude
• Basic computer literacy (billing or inventory software experience is a plus)
• Must be willing to work weekends, Poya days, and extended hours during sales or campaigns
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline
