Meta Ads Strategist & Creative Lead

Location:Hybrid (3 Days in Office – The Commons Cremorne) Full-Time | $90K–$100K AUD + Bonus | Start ASAP

This isn't just media buying.

We need a strategic creative lead who can:

  • Write high-converting, psychology-driven ad copy
  • Build winning campaigns when others fail
  • Guide clients with confidence through ups and downs
  • Design complete sales funnels from first touch to conversion

We're Uprise Digital — a performance-focused creative agency helping construction and home service businesses grow using modern marketing strategies.

We work with builders, renovators, solar installers, landscapers and similar trades — but we market them like cutting-edge tech companies. Every campaign combines compelling storytelling with data-driven performance tracking.

This role is our founder's right hand — focused on execution. You'll drive strategy, creative, and results across 20–30 client accounts (5–7 require intensive focus each fortnight).

Your Core Responsibilities:You'll lead the creative and performance strategy for each account — from concept to optimization.

Daily work includes:

  • Creating video scripts, ad headlines, carousel content and landing page copy that drives action
  • Building and scaling Meta ad campaigns with strategic purpose, not random testing
  • Analyzing sales funnels to identify and fix conversion bottlenecks
  • Developing campaign concepts based on customer psychology and strategic positioning
  • Running bi-weekly client strategy calls with authority and clear direction
  • Monitoring cost per lead and creative performance to prevent problems before they happen
  • Collaborating with designers, video editors, and support staff to maintain quality and speed

You're Perfect for This Role If:

  • You've successfully managed Meta ads for service businesses with proven results
  • You're a compelling copywriter who creates engaging user-generated content and hooks quickly
  • You have e-commerce-level creative skills but can apply them to traditional industries
  • You're results-obsessed — you measure success by outcomes, not activity
  • You confidently lead client relationships, navigate difficult conversations, and build trust through accountability
  • You think like a business owner — proactive, efficient, ego-free, goal-focused

Your Team:

  • Founder: Former MTV/Spotify Creative Director leading Australia's top growth consultancy
  • Melbourne office: 3 team members handling strategy, design, and performance
  • Remote support: 3 virtual assistants managing CRM, reporting, and project coordination
  • Clients: $1M to $10M+ service businesses with real growth goals

Work 3 days weekly at The Commons Cremorne (alongside top startups and Spotify) plus 2 remote days.

Success Metrics:

  • Cost per lead consistently improving through proactive management
  • Creative assets regularly refreshed with new angles before performance drops
  • Clients trust your leadership and follow your strategic direction
  • You anticipate problems and solve them independently
  • Campaigns launch quickly with tight feedback loops and clear execution

What We Offer:

  • $90K–$100K AUD base salary + performance bonuses
  • Flexible hybrid schedule (3 office, 2 remote days)
  • Premium office environment: podcast studios, rooftop workspace, networking events
  • Budget for creative tools, AI platforms, and professional development
  • Fast promotion track — Head of Strategy role possible within 6–12 months
