Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward Personal Shopper to deliver a premium client experience at the STREET82 Showroom. The ideal candidate will provide personalized styling services, build strong client relationships, and drive sales while embodying the brand’s ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and deliver an elevated in-store experience.
• Provide personalized fashion advice and style recommendations based on customer preferences and the latest STREET82 collections.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with premium clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, fabrics, and styling techniques.
• Handle showroom merchandising, display setup, and ensure the space remains pristine and brand-aligned.
• Assist with client appointments, fittings, and showroom events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and inventory updates.
• Provide feedback to the design and product teams based on customer preferences and trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion retail, personal shopping, or styling (premium/luxury segment preferred).
• Strong fashion sense with the ability to style a wide variety of body types and personal aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for client satisfaction.
• Well-groomed and presentable, with a professional demeanor that reflects the brand image.
• Fluency in English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus).
