Job Role:

As the F&B Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development of innovative beverage products tailored to market demands. Your expertise in market research, product positioning, and cross-functional coordination will be key to launching successful products that align with consumer trends and company goals. We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in product management, preferably in the FMCG industry, and fluency in Mandarin to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development process of new beverage products, including market research, product positioning, formula development and packaging design.
  • Work with the R&D department to ensure the scientificity and innovation of product formulas.
  • Manage the product trial production process to ensure that product quality meets company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular market trend analysis and consumer research to identify new product opportunities and market demand.
  • Analyze competitors' market performance and propose response strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement product launch plans, as well as develop and manage product budgets, including cost analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Monitor the financial performance of product lines to ensure that profit targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with supply chain, production, quality control and other departments to ensure smooth product development and production processes.
  • Lead and develop product teams to ensure the continuous growth and development of team members.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree: At least a Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Food Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of total working experience, including having at least 3 years of experience in product management/engineering/consulting, including 2 years of experience in a leadership or cross-functional coordination role related to product development.
  • Industry Expertise: FMCG - Beverages.
  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin (professional level fluency); proficient in English (spoken and written on professional level).
  • Hands-on Experience: Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end product development, including market research, formulation, packaging, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety regulations, labeling requirements, quality standards, and market dynamics within the food and beverage industry.
