What You'll Do:

• Shadow the Head of Engineering, gaining invaluable insights into daily operational management, strategic decision-making, and the technical backbone of our platform.
• Take ownership of critical day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company.
• Collaborate closely with our content team on content operations, assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our content strategy.
• Support our sales operations, helping to refine and streamline our sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Play a key role in launching and managing an international podcast, from coordinating with guests to overseeing production and promotion.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and, for those with an inclination, get hands-on with coding to build tools and automate workflows.
