Job Role:
The client is seeking a strategic and performance-oriented Branch Manager to lead operations in one of their regional offices across Indonesia. This role involves overseeing all branch activities—including sales, marketing, credit analysis, operations, and collections—with a primary focus on financing for heavy equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in the multi-finance or leasing industry, and proven experience driving business growth while maintaining high credit quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all branch operational activities including sales, marketing, operation, and collection on Corporate Financing (Heavy Equipment/Factoring/Working Capital).
- Meet branch sales target achievement with a strong leadership in managing team and good credit quality.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales.
- Ensure good relations with customers and suppliers to provide the best financial solution.
- Bring out the best of the branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Prudent credit application processing and strong credit risk mitigation to maintain a good asset quality to achieve optimum profit.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree: At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, specifically in heavy equipment and/or machinery financing, with prior leadership experience in a branch or regional role.
- Industry: Background in leasing or multi-finance is required. Familiarity with equipment financing in sectors such as construction, mining, agriculture, or energy is highly desired.
- Language: professional level in spoken, reading, and writing.
- Technical Expertise:
- Credit & Risk Analysis: Solid understanding of credit application processing, credit quality control, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Sales & Account Management: Proven ability to drive branch sales performance, manage client pipelines, and build strong customer relationships.
- Operational Oversight: Experience in branch operations, including collections, marketing execution, and business process optimization.
- Leadership & Team Development: Skilled in coaching, motivating, and developing staff to achieve high performance and service standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and teamwork. High initiative, ethical commitment, and result-driven mindset. Excellent in negotiation, selling, and decision-making.
- Mobility & Availability: Willing to be placed in any CSUL branch nationwide, for now in Banjarmasin, and open to travel and relocation as required by operational needs.
