Creative Graphic Designer

(Internship / Full-Time / Contract-Based | Hybrid | Colombo, Sri Lanka)

Dawn 360 is on the lookout for a talented and detail-driven Creative Graphic Designer to craft visual content that grabs attention and communicates stories with style. If you're passionate about design, branding, and making ideas look amazing, this is your creative playground.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and print
• Work with brand guidelines to create consistent, impactful designs
• Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and marketers to bring campaigns to life
• Adapt designs across formats and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Take ownership of creative concepts from ideation to execution
• Stay updated on design trends and digital aesthetics

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a bonus
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• Ability to design for both digital and print mediums
• Experience designing social media posts, banners, infographics, and branding assets
• A strong portfolio showcasing design range and creativity
• Good communication skills and the ability to take and apply feedback
• Bonus: Motion graphics skills or UI/UX design knowledge
