Lead Management Executive
(Full-Time / Contract | Hybrid | Colombo, Sri Lanka)
Dawn 360 is seeking a driven and organized Lead Management Executive to own the flow of leads through our sales and marketing funnel. If you're proactive, data-driven, and excellent at following up and keeping prospects engaged, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns, web forms, and social media
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assign them to appropriate sales reps or teams
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information
- Follow up with potential leads via email, WhatsApp, or phone to nurture interest
- Track, measure, and report lead conversion metrics and funnel performance
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of leads
- Support outbound prospecting efforts when required
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or CRM management (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B/B2C funnels
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, email tools, and collaboration platforms
- A proactive, accountable, and customer-first mindset
