As an Assistant Student Counselor, you’ll support students through their study abroad journey—from first enquiry to visa submission—while learning the foundations of student counseling, global admissions, and visa processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with student leads and understand their goals
• Assist in recommending courses, universities, and countries
• Support document collection, application submission, and communication
• Coordinate with international partners and reps
• Help prepare students for admissions and visa interviews
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Team-oriented, friendly, and willing to learn
