Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads and understand each student’s career and study goals
• Recommend suitable universities, courses, scholarships, and countries
• Manage full application and documentation process
• Prepare students for admission interviews and visa processes
• Support visa documentation and submission
• Provide pre-departure guidance for a smooth transition
• Coordinate with partner universities, reps, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and communications throughout the journey

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in international student counseling
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in email, online portals, and productivity tools
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Empathetic, collaborative, and committed to excellent service
• Exposure to UK, Australia, Canada, NZ, or USA student migration processes
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience highly valued
