About the Role

We are seeking skilled Business Process Management (BPM) Developers and Consultants to support enterprise automation projects using platforms such as Bonitasoft, Camunda, and IBM BPM/BAW. You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying BPMN-based workflow solutions across diverse systems and use cases.

This is a contract-based role for an initial term of 6 to 12 months, with a clear path to permanent conversion based on performance and project alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business workflows using BPMN 2.0 on Bonita, Camunda, or IBM BPM.
  • Build responsive UIs using native designers or custom front-end frameworks.
  • Integrate processes with external systems via APIs, databases, and services.
  • Define and manage user roles, actors, and permissions.
  • Handle process deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution across environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to turn process requirements into reliable automation solutions.
  • Ensure unit testing, debugging, and continuous optimization of BPM components.

Core Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with at least one BPM platform: Bonitasoft, Camunda (v7 or v8), IBM BPM/BAW
  • Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 and workflow concepts
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming with Java, JavaScript, or Groovy
  • Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs and working with relational databases
  • Hands-on with deployment and process lifecycle management

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Exposure to additional BPM tools or migration projects across platforms
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Background in industries such as finance, telecom, logistics, or healthcare
