We’re expanding our team with a Solutions Consultant to drive pre-sales efforts across global markets including the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Singapore and the Middle East.
Role Overview
This role is pivotal in shaping the technical sales narrative and driving solution alignment from discovery to proposal. You’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, develop tailored software proposals, and lead all pre-sales communication. This position requires strong technical fundamentals, business acumen, and exceptional client-facing skills.
You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across engineering, and marketing to craft proposals and demonstrations that win deals and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Pre-Sales Leadership
- Drive regional pre-sales efforts across target industries.
- Ensure proposals align with client expectations, business objectives, and timeline commitments.
- Discovery, Solutioning & Proposal Creation
- Lead discovery calls to gather business and technical requirements.
- Translate client needs into tailored proposals, including solution overviews, tech stack suggestions, architecture inputs, and effort estimates.
- Anchor bid responses and RFP submissions with structured and compelling documentation.
- Client Engagement & Evangelism
- Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales, guiding clients through technical conversations, PoCs, and solution presentations.
- Deliver product walkthroughs, prototypes, or workshops as part of the consultative sales process.
- Represent the company at events, webinars, and client demos as a domain and product evangelist.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the CTO, engineering leads, and marketing to ensure technical and business alignment.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for proposal assets, demos, and client-ready materials.
- Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Support win/loss reviews to improve future proposal quality and client engagement strategy.
- Contribute to refining proposal templates, internal tools, and pre-sales processes.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, solution architecture, or software engineering with a client-facing component.
- Strong understanding of custom software development lifecycles (web/mobile/cloud/API-based systems).
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Strong business analysis skills to identify core problems and design appropriate technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience across multiple regions ( USA, Singapore, Middle East. , etc.) or domains (Fintech, SaaS, eCommerce, etc.)
- Familiarity with proposal tools (e.g., Notion, Google Docs), CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, GHL) and basic solution design tools.
- Exposure to middleware, API platforms, or security protocols is a plus.
