The Role
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta & TikTok.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking and custom events using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Develop direct response ad copy and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor performance and scale high-performing campaigns while managing budgets and ROAS targets.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve campaign performance continuously.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports, demonstrating the value and impact of campaigns.
- Implement CRO strategies to improve the conversion rate of landing pages/websites.
- Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the web development and design team to create and test impactful CRO experiments.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads with a track record of achieving outstanding results for clients.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Proficient in using GA4.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications (Optional)
