Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with order processing from website, WhatsApp, and marketplace platforms
• Coordinate with packing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Help manage courier dispatching and tracking
• Update daily reports on fulfilled and pending orders
• Follow up on delivery issues and returns with logistics partners
• Maintain clean and organized fulfillment area

We’re Looking For: Freshers or undergraduates in logistics, business, or related fields Basic computer knowledge and Excel handling Strong attention to detail and time management Proactive and willing to learn hands-on Team player with a sense of responsibility
