Job Description
The Associate Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor strategies, products, and market positioning to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Document Requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using provided templates, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, priorities, and project progress.
Support Documentation: Assist management in creating and maintaining project-related documents, including reports, presentations, and process flows.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving business processes through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Project Support: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, with a focus on the foreign gambling industry, to support strategic initiatives (not mandatory but a plus).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with requirement-gathering methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
Basic understanding of the foreign gambling industry is advantageous but not required.
