Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to work on a project basis, creating compelling visual content primarily for social media platforms. You will be responsible for designing eye-catching posts, ad creatives, promotional materials, and brand assets that align with client briefs and our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually stunning social media graphics and ad creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create branded post series and albums for promotional campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the creative lead and content writers to ensure design consistency
• Adapt designs to fit different formats (stories, posts, ads) and platforms
• Maintain brand guidelines and uphold design quality across projects
• Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple projects efficiently
• Contribute ideas and creative input during campaign planning

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing social media and digital marketing designs
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of modern design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, minimalist, and high-impact visuals
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment is a plus

• Project-based payment structure (per post/bundle/campaign)
