At Hokuza, we build brands through strategic storytelling and world-class creative execution. As a Sri Lankan startup with a global vision, we’re launching a powerful suite of digital marketing services focused on social media, branding, and business development. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic female model and presenter to become a key visual face of our campaigns, representing not just Hokuza, but also the many client brands we serve.

Job Purpose

This role is ideal for someone passionate about being in front of the camera, who can confidently represent brands through video, voice, and presence. As a Brand Presenter, you will create videos and photo content that showcase products, educate customers, and connect with audiences emotionally across social platforms.

You don’t need to be a runway model. You need to be authentic, expressive, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear in video shoots, ads, and reels for both Hokuza and client campaigns
• Present products, services, and offers in a clear, confident, and engaging manner
• Work with the content and video team on script-based or casual shoots
• Shoot occasional unboxing, testimonial, or explainer-style videos
• Participate in brand-building content: team intros, behind-the-scenes, brand storytelling
• Collaborate on concept development with the creative lead and videographer
• Adhere to brand tone, voice, and values while representing the business visually
• Occasionally, participate in photo sessions for social and promotional use

Required Qualifications

• Female, age 18–30
• Must be confident, expressive, and comfortable on camera
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala (English is a plus)
• Friendly, natural, and engaging presence for digital platforms
• Social media savvy, with a good understanding of short-form content trends
• Ability to follow scripts or improvise depending on the style
• Availability for both remote and on-site shoots (primarily in Gampaha/Colombo)
• Basic presentation or acting/modelling experience is a bonus but not required
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the role

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or Reels content
• Comfortable with light makeup/wardrobe coordination
• Understanding of video formats, framing, or influencer-style content
• Good energy, punctuality, and professionalism

Compensation & Work Terms

• Paid per video/project – rates discussed based on content length & complexity
• Travel allowance for in-person shoots (if needed)
• Performance bonuses based on reach/engagement (on selected campaigns)
