Job Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Corporate Executive (HR & Admin) to join their dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the human resources and administrative functions of their Indonesia branch, a leading advertising technology company with strong regional and global footprints.
As a key member of the team, you will serve as a bridge between the local office and their global headquarters in Japan, ensuring smooth implementation of strategic initiatives and fostering a positive, engaged work culture. Your responsibilities will span compensation & benefits management, HR administration, recruitment, performance appraisal processes, and employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits (30%): Manage payroll, insurance, employee welfare, and compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
- HR Administration (30%): Oversee employee data systems, attendance, and leave management.
- Recruitment (20%): Lead the hiring process, set up interviews, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding for staff.
- Performance Appraisal (10%): Drive the employee performance review cycle, mission setting, and evaluations.
- Employee Engagement (10%): Foster team commitment, organize company events, and handle conflict management to build a vibrant, inclusive work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, preferably in HR Management or Psychology, or any related majors.
- Experience: At least 5 years in HR and at least 1 year in supervisory level, with proven background in a multinational or foreign-owned company.
- Industry Expertise: IT/Software/SaaS or digital advertising industry.
- Technical Expertise: strong understanding of labor management and Indonesian labor law.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English on business and professional level, to communicate with the global teams on a daily basis.
