Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and manage customer databases (CRM) and Sales funnel/Pipelines.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Coordinate quotations, proposals, and sales agreement preparations with Sales, Technology and Business Support teams and ensure a timely response to the customer requests.
  • Pursue on debtors along with sales team and ensures timely collection
  • Support lead-generational activities and marketing campaigns when required.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service across all interactions.
  • Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with Finance and operations/logistics.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Sinhala and English
  • Computer literacy & the ability to work independently.
  • A team player with “Can do” attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision.
  • Should have completed GCE A/L or above.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
