Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
- Monitor and manage customer databases (CRM) and Sales funnel/Pipelines.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
- Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Coordinate quotations, proposals, and sales agreement preparations with Sales, Technology and Business Support teams and ensure a timely response to the customer requests.
- Pursue on debtors along with sales team and ensures timely collection
- Support lead-generational activities and marketing campaigns when required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service across all interactions.
- Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with Finance and operations/logistics.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Sinhala and English
- Computer literacy & the ability to work independently.
- A team player with “Can do” attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision.
- Should have completed GCE A/L or above.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
