About the Company

Our client is a brand of “Jaan Water”, which was originally established in July 2018, in Singapore.

In Indonesia, it began operations with a water purification plant in Bali, utilizing a Singapore-designed process to provide high-quality drinking water, and operating as a sustainability-focused company, involved in initiatives such as water purification and glass bottling, wastewater and effluent treatment, and rainwater harvesting.

Job Role

Through its Indonesian subsidiary, our client is seeking a Customer Service Staff member to support its growing operations in Bali. This role is essential in ensuring excellent customer experiences and upholding Tigris Water’s commitment to delivering clean, sustainable water solutions across Indonesia.

As a Customer Service Staff member, you will handle daily interactions with customers and partners, assist with orders and inquiries, and help maintain strong relationships in line with our mission to promote environmentally friendly water products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media messages in a professional, friendly manner.
    • Greet customers warmly and provide accurate, clear, and complete information about our products and services.
  • Problem Solving
    • Identify customer needs and concerns to achieve satisfaction.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to products or services, and provide timely solutions.
    • Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team members.
  • Order Processing
    • Assist customers with placing new orders, modifying existing orders, or tracking deliveries.
    • Handle billing questions, and process refunds or exchanges when needed.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM systems.
  • Product & Service Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on Tigris Water’s products, services, promotions, and company policies.
    • Clearly explain features and benefits to customers, emphasizing our environmental mission.
  • Feedback Collection
    • Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree: at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Years of Experience: at least one year experience in Customer Service.
  • Language: English (fluency in spoken and written on a professional level).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and patient attitude.
  • Willingness to learn about Tigris Water’s products and sustainability efforts.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required.
  • Passion for supporting customers and contributing to a company that values community and environmental well-being.
