About the Role

As a Career Development Intern at Metana, you’ll play a key support role in helping aspiring tech professionals navigate their career paths. Working closely with our Career Development Strategists, you’ll assist in developing resources, coordinating career events, supporting recruitment pipelines, and engaging with students to understand their goals and challenges. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of talent development in the fast-moving worlds of tech and Web3.

You’ll gain experience in career development, recruitment strategy, and employer engagement while contributing to a mission-driven team that’s redefining how people break into the future of work.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in coordinating career workshops, mock interviews, and coaching sessions
2. Help create and maintain job search tools, resources, and internal documents
3. Support logistics for employer events and mentorship initiatives
4. Track student progress and compile data or feedback for reporting
5. Conduct research on hiring trends, tech roles, and employer partnerships
6. Observe and support career coaching sessions under team guidance

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A strong interest in talent development, tech careers, or recruitment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a collaborative, remote-first environment
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage time across multiple tasks or projects
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of emerging tech professionals
