Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or feedback collection as needed
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Resolve customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Meet personal/team performance targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
