Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or feedback collection as needed
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Meet personal/team performance targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
