Position Overview

As a Finance Executive at Celeste, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health and stability of our organization. You will work closely with the finance team and contribute to the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial activities, including receivables, payables & reconciliations
• Assist in the development of financial strategies and business plans
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Participate in audits and manage financial data accuracy
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting / Part qualification in ICASL/CIMA/CIM/ACCA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
