Summary: We’re looking for a skilled Spanish to English translator and interpreter who can handle both written documents and live conversations. You’ll support clear, accurate communication across our team and with our clients, especially in healthcare contexts.

Responsibilities:

• Translate written materials from Spanish to English and vice versa with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Provide real-time verbal interpretation during meetings, calls.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Work with healthcare documents including billing, coding, and collections where needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure understanding of medical terminology and processes.
• Use translation tools and software to manage assignments efficiently.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests, delivering on time.

Requirements:

• Proven fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• 1-2 years of experience in translation or interpretation.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and translation tools.
