Job Summary:

We are hiring an Operations Analyst / Senior Operations Analyst to join our Credentialing department. The role involves managing provider enrollment and credentialing with various US Insurances to ensure our clients are properly registered and reimbursed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle credentialing and re-credentialing for providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Submit and track applications via PECOS, CAQH, Availity, and payer portals
• Maintain accurate records and documents for each provider
• Prepare credentialing progression reports
• Communicate with clients and payers to resolve delays or denials
• Ensure all credentialing tasks meet deadlines and compliance standards
• Maintain EDI/ERA/EFT Enrollments are completed

Requirements:

For Analyst:

• 1–2 years experience in credentialing
• Familiarity with credentialing systems (PECOS, CAQH, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and organized

For Senior Analyst:

• 3+ years experience in credentialing
• Strong understanding of payer processes and credentialing compliance
• Ability to lead tasks independently and mentor junior staff

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools
• Experience in payer portals
• Strong communication and coordination skills
