Vacancy: Manager – Digital Transformation

We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Digital Transformation to lead and implement strategic digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations.
• Lead change management and promote a culture of digital adoption.
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
• Evaluate new technologies and manage external tech partnerships.
• Monitor digital KPIs and ensure data governance and compliance.
• Build internal capabilities through training on digital tools and systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in IT, Business, or related field; a Master’s or professional certification is an advantage.
• 6+ years of experience in digital transformation or tech-enabled change initiatives.
• Proven project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, automation tools, and digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Prior experience in the Sri Lankan or regional corporate environment preferred.
