Role Overview: As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through key functions to understand how our business works. You’ll be trained in operational processes, client management, and leadership skills. The goal is to prepare you for a future role as a team lead or manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and support day-to-day operations across different teams (billing, coding, AR, client support)
  • Assist in process reviews, documentation, and reporting
  • Work on assigned projects to improve efficiency or quality
  • Collaborate with senior staff to understand client requirements and internal workflows
  • Track personal learning goals and complete training modules on time
  • Support the team in meeting service-level agreements and targets
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate (any discipline, healthcare/business-related degrees are a plus)
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Team player with a professional attitude
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office or Google Workspace)
