Internationally, they stand out by leveraging Luoyang’s industrial ecosystem, which ensures not only cost efficiency but also fast, reliable production cycles. Job Role:
As their Indonesia Sales Representative, you’ll leverage these advantages to develop and manage relationships with furniture distributors, dealers, and wholesalers across major cities, supported by existing leads and local referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Identify and visit potential furniture dealers and retailers across major cities in Indonesia to establish cooperation.
- Account Management: Collect client requirements, coordinate with the China headquarters to fulfill orders, and ensure smooth communication.
- Sales Process: Manage contract signing and execution, monitor local delivery arrangements within Indonesia.
- After-Sales Support: Address client concerns and facilitate resolution by coordinating with our China team.
- Targets: Exclusively B2B (no retail), targeting clients capable of ordering large quantities (minimum one container), with current volumes reaching 10-20 containers per month.
- Future Expansion : Opportunity to open local offices and recruit additional sales staff in Jakarta and Surabaya as business grows.
- Travel: Frequent travel is required, with all expenses fully covered by the company.
Candidate Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Years of Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B furniture sales, ideally with a focus on steel furniture or similar product lines.
- Industry Expertise: Established network within Indonesia’s furniture distribution ecosystem.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Personal Attributes: Outgoing, reliable, with strong integrity and commitment, as well as ambitious, motivated to maximize earnings.
