💼 Job Description – Head of Operation

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: All operational stores under direct oversight Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days WFO, 3 days WFA) Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Operational Oversight Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure workflow systems are optimized across departments. Monitor and ensure achievement of key operational KPIs (efficiency, cost, quality, delivery).
2. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor Area Operational Managers to ensure high-performing teams. Develop individual growth plans and performance development strategies. Delegate responsibilities effectively with clear accountability and monitoring mechanisms.
3. Process Improvement & Innovation Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve processes and reduce costs. Conduct root cause analyses and apply corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Champion innovation by adopting new technologies or methodologies.
4. Budgeting & Resource Allocation Manage and control the operational budget while optimizing expenditure. Ensure efficient use of personnel, equipment, and technologies. Provide regular financial performance reports related to operational efficiency and profitability.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, R&D, etc.). Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment.

📌 Requirements – Head of Operation

🧠 Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or relevant discipline) is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CSCP are a plus.

📈 Experience:

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple departments or managerial teams.
• Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and managing budgets/P&L.
• Experience leading large teams and complex projects.
