Associate Functional Lead – ERP & Business System

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Functional Lead to drive ERP and business system enhancements. This role will bridge user requirements with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and high-performance business systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Design and map process flowcharts to visualize workflows and system interactions.
• Coordinate and manage development of wireframes through to final sign-off.
• Oversee project progress from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate end-user training.
• Provide analytical support to identify and resolve system-related issues.
• Develop Oracle SQL queries (preferred but not mandatory).
• Create and manage reports using tools like Fast Reports or Crystal Reports.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across departments.
• Manage multiple tasks and switch priorities as business needs evolve.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3years experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems (Axpert,SAP,Oracle preferred) and report generation tools (Fast reports, Crystel Reports preferred).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) will be considered an added advantage.
