Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the strategic direction for all brands under the group, ensuring each has a clear identity, positioning, and long-term growth path.
- Conceptualize and lead the creation of high-impact, viral content across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Build brand stories that connect emotionally and perform digitally.
- Develop and execute social strategies to grow follower base, increase engagement, and deepen customer connection across all social touchpoints.
- Initiate and manage brand partnerships with banks, corporates, influencers, and event organizers to expand reach, credibility, and brand value.
- Ensure all brand activities and campaigns are performance-driven with clear KPIs; track results, optimize in real time, and maintain strict budget discipline.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively across brands and channels; maximize ROI while maintaining creative excellence.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of brand and marketing professionals.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing leadership—especially in Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle industries.
- Proven success in building brands from concept to market dominance.
- A digital native: understands what’s trending and how to drive growth across social media.
- Strong commercial mindset—able to tie every creative effort back to ROI.
- Hands-on, agile, and unafraid to get into the details when needed.
- Proven track record in managing performance-driven marketing budgets and cross-functional teams.
