Job Role The GM FAT will be responsible for leading and overseeing all financial, accounting, and tax functions of the company. This includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, tax compliance and planning, cash flow management, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring leadership, analytical strength, and deep knowledge of local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Management
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies.
  • Oversee corporate financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation.
• Cash Flow & Fund Management
  • Manage day-to-day cash flow operations.
  • Forecast and plan operational and investment funding needs.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Monitor performance through variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Financial Reporting
  • Deliver timely and accurate managerial reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure reports comply with PSAK and relevant financial regulations.
• Accounting Operations
  • Supervise daily accounting transactions and closing processes.
  • Ensure monthly and annual financial statements are prepared accurately.
• Tax Compliance & Planning
  • Oversee all corporate tax obligations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
  • Implement efficient and compliant tax planning strategies.
  • Manage monthly and annual tax reporting and act as liaison with tax authorities.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).

• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Manager in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
  • Prior work in a KAP (public accounting firm), preferably one of the Big 4.
  • Background in the logistics/warehousing/freight forwarding industry is a significant plus.
• Language Skills:
  • Proficient in Business English (spoken and written).
  • Mandarin or other foreign languages would be a strong advantage.
• Professional Skills:
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax law and PSAK.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
