Job Role:

The client is in need of someone who can represent them in establishing partnerships with logistics agents which are business partners or representatives in another country or region, to help coordinate and manage the movement of goods on their behalf.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining ATT Group’s overseas agent network — with a strong focus on North America and Southeast Asia. This strategic role combines international business development with relationship management in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute international marketing strategies, focusing on North America and Southeast Asia.
• Identify and evaluate new freight forwarding agents or partner opportunities in targeted regions.
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with overseas agents to ensure reliable service and business continuity.
• Represent ATT Group during site visits, overseas partner meetings, or international logistics events.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and management) to align agent activities with business targets.
• Conduct market forecasting and intelligence to support global business development and agent expansion.
• Monitor agent performance, resolve issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Report on network activity, market insights, and agent development progress to upper management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain).
• Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing overseas agents or international business partners.
• Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or above), to communicate with potential agents or partners overseas.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (equivalent to HSK 5 or above), to communicate with Direct Report and clients from China on a daily basis.
• Professional Skills:
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain personal/business relationships with overseas partners.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally to represent the company in strategic regions when needed.
