About the Role

Twist Digital is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Meta Ads to lead high-impact campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will take ownership of media planning, execution, and performance optimization, managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $20,000. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on delivering measurable results and leading a team to scale campaigns profitably.

While Meta Ads will be your core channel, you’ll also be expected to guide the performance marketing team, align efforts with business objectives, and help evolve our performance marketing playbook.

Key Responsibilities

Own Meta Ads Strategy:

• Plan, launch, and scale high-budget Meta Ads campaigns (over $20K/month) with a focus on driving conversions, lowering CPA, and maximizing ROAS.

Performance Optimization:

• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels. Use performance data to iterate quickly and improve campaign outcomes.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior marketers and media buyers. Assign tasks, review performance, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.

Data-Driven Execution:

• Leverage Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and in-platform analytics to extract insights, define KPIs, and inform decision-making.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:

• Deliver clear, actionable reports that communicate progress, challenges, and wins to both internal teams and clients.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with content teams to ensure ad creative and messaging align with campaign goals and brand voice.

Innovation & Best Practices:

• Stay ahead of Meta platform changes, trends, and new tools. Share insights and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing high-budget Meta Ads campaigns with clear, proven results.
• Demonstrated success scaling campaigns with $20K+/month in ad spend.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles, conversion funnels, and ad attribution.
• Experience using Meta Pixel, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategy.
• Team leadership or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus, but not required.
